CITY HALL ANNEX

Extension to New Orleans City Hall and planning of Duncan Plaza to enhance relationships in the City Hall complex and the urban context. The annex includes an auditorium, council chamber, and office spaces. The site design ties into a proposed canal system for downtown New Orleans.
